I’m an older person and sometimes I’m hesitant to buy things on line. This company took the time to help me by addressing my concerns and did so with respect and kindness.

Although I haven’t used the pattern yet, I give this company a five star rating on their customer service. I made numerous errors in the ordering process and with rapid attention and abundance of kindness all mistakes were fixed and I received the pattern with no stress put on me. The whole experience was pleasurable. The extra time given to me with kindness was very much appreciated.

I recently purchased a few patterns from my wishlist. The patterns were from different companies so it was good to find them all at de Linum. I also love their fabrics.

I have purchased linen from you a number of times which has always been super high quality. Excited to try this pattern- have been eyeing it off for ages.

Pattern easy to read and understand, easy to cut out. Can't wait to cut my material.
