Shipping policy

Slight delay in deliveries due to COVID-19

We normally post your orders within two business days from the date of order. We use Australia Post and Aramex (formerly known as Fastway) for shipping. Unfortunately, due to COVID issues around the world there might be slight delay in shipping and delivery. If you have any issues feel free to contact us via email- info@delinum.com.au and we are available 7days a week.

Australia

  • Shipping from Coffs Harbour NSW Australia
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you placed your order.
  • Expected delivery:
  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth) 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
    Regional areas 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • We will use Australia Post / Aramex Courier to send the item to  P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address
  • Delivery may take longer in remote/ rural areas
  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or any courier provider of our choice.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, which will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.

    New Zealand

    • Your parcel will be delivered within 7-12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you placed your order.
    • Delivery may take longer in remote/ rural areas
    • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or any courier provider of our choice.
    • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, which will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
    • Orders with a value equal to NZ$400 shipped to New Zealand may attract customs charges and duties charged by the New Zealand Customs Service once the parcel arrives its destination port and must be paid by the customer directly to the New Zealand Customs Service or its authorized service provider.

      Handling

      Orders will be dispatched within two business days from the time of order

      Orders are not delivered on weekends, local and public holidays.

      If you have not received your order within 10 BUSINESS days from tentative arrival date, please contact us on info@delinum.com.au so that we can assist you.

      If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend or public holiday, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.

      Delivery

      You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order

      The item may be delivered with or without a signature of receipt.

      If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made by the courier, they will leave a calling card for you.

      Order Tracking 

      Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery information so that you can track and trace your order at any time.

      Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

      Lost or damaged goods

      If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days for Australian deliveries or 20 days for New Zealand deliveries from the date of order or is damaged in transit, please email us info@delinum.com.au so that we can assist you.

      It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. de Linum is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.
